Communication For Success
Founder - Editor - Host
Carolyn Smagalski is an enthusiastic personality with a dedication
to the art of communication. When attitude merges with action
through effective communication, success is close behind.
Discover your own keys to success that align your thoughts, goals, and
physiology - internally and externally - with the life you
envision. Eliminate the negative influencers that stand in
your way. As founder and publisher of CQ Web Wide, Smagalski
presents communication tools to assist you in your journey to
a successful life, both personal and professional. .
Communication can make your life successful and
fulfilling, or it can be destructive to relationships,
fertilized by mediocrity that suppresses dreams and goals.
By identifying and strengthening your communication skills, you
invigorate your connectedness with
those around you, and open your ability to succeed in all areas of
your life.
Careful study of the representational systems used by the most
notable achievers in the world reveals inner thought patterns that
lead to the acquisition of targeted goals. When these same systems
are identified within an individual who considers himself “just
average,” that individual becomes empowered with effective modeling
skills and is able to reach higher levels of success than he had
previously believed possible.
Smagalski is devoted to helping each individual discover his most
effective communication patterns – patterns that will lead to
success in both personal and business areas. She provides a fresh
outlook in such dimensions as self-confidence, goal setting,
commitment and decision-making, while offering information on
business basics and strategies for a successful entrepreneurial
journey. Basic skills in speaking, listening, observing, thinking,
and writing are a part of this journey, and can be powerful tools if
used and replenished on a daily basis.
Smagalski is president of CQ Web Wide LLC and webmaster/editor/host
of
www.cqwebwide.com. She lectures on success strategies for
business communication, and is profiled in Marquis’ Who’s Who in
America 2005, the 60th Diamond Edition 2006, and 2007;
the 25th Silver Anniversary Edition of Who’s Who of
American Women 2006-2007, Who’s Who in Business and Finance 2007 and
Who’s Who in the World 2007. She is the recipient of the Brewers
Association 2006 Beer Journalism Award in Electronic Media for her
work as Beer & Brewing Editor (a.k.a. “The Beer Fox”) at BellaOnline,
authors Beer Fox Guides, is a recognized Beer Judge through the Beer
Judge Certification Program and is Beer & Brewing Advisor for the
International Gluten Free Beer Festival, with headquarters in the
UK. Having a long-time love for the magazine industry, Carolyn also
coordinates manufacturing and distribution for a well-known national
women’s publication.
Adding zest and excitement to her life are her two high-spirited
sons, sowing their wild oats as entrepreneurs in early adulthood. A
lover of nature and the sky, she is an IFR rated pilot with complex
aircraft rating.

Success comes in all forms. The people
featured in CQ's photos are all achievers - they are authors,
publishers, business owners, company directors, presidents,
and creative people. Some travel extensively or have
achieved distinction in their fields - Small Businessman of
the Year, the James Beard Award, the Glenfiddich Trophy, the
Mercurius Award, Andre Simon Award, the Gold Tankard of the
British Guild of Beer Writers, and more - while maintaining
balance in their busy lives.
Hats
off to these accomplished masters! |
