of Attraction

A
common thread among those who are highly successful is the
belief that as you think, so you become. As the Universe has
distinct laws that govern its existence – the movement of the
planets in the solar system, the life that springs from the
soil of the earth, the unpredictable action of the wind,
gravity, and electricity – so there is the power of the human
mind. The Law of Attraction is based on Quantum Physics, and
defines thought waves as particles that have resonance,
vibration and energy which attract other particles of the same
type of thought energy.
Quantum Physics was the branch of science
that initially defined the atom and the spectra of light
emitted by different atomic species, such as isotopes and
nucleids. As technology advanced and we gained knowledge of
molecules and atoms, Newton’s laws and the laws of
electromagnetism were not sufficient to explain the orbital
motion of electrons. This opened the door to higher levels of
thinking about the relationship between all elements in the
universe. Quantum mechanics defines the complex study of
elements and their relationship to each other in time and
space – Heisenberg’s Uncertainty Principle; the Theory of
Unity; wave particle duality; quantization
theories of particle physics, nuclear physics, condensed
matter physics, and quantum optics; and quantum entanglement,
where two objects may be spatially separate from each other,
but can only be described in reference to each other.
The Law of Attraction
says that thoughts introduced into reality can attract like
energy, and, this energy can be harnessed and directed. In
order to benefit from this energy, you must: know what you
want and ask the universe for it; feel and act as if you
already have it, or that it is in the process of becoming
reality; and be open to receiving it.
This system of belief has
been around for centuries, and is displayed in the words of
Buddha, through beliefs of ancient Hinduism, in theories of
positive thinking and thought vibration of the 19th
and 20th centuries. More recent enthusiasm has
arisen from the March 2006 film, The Secret, which has been
highly acclaimed and recommended by Oprah Winfrey on her
daytime television show.
